Upload the plugin zip to WordPress, activate it, and you’re ready to configure your checkout. The whole process takes under two minutes.
1. Download the plugin
After purchasing, check your confirmation email from swiftcheckout.io. It contains a download link for the plugin file: swift-checkout.zip.
Save the zip file to your computer — you’ll upload it directly to WordPress in the next step.
2. Upload to WordPress
In your WordPress admin, follow these steps:
- Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin
- Click Upload Plugin near the top of the page
- Click Choose File and select swift-checkout.zip
- Click Install Now
WordPress will upload and unpack the plugin automatically. This takes a few seconds.
3. Activate the plugin
Once installation is complete, click Activate Plugin. You’ll be returned to the plugin list, and Swift Checkout will appear as active.
Swift Checkout now appears in your WordPress admin sidebar under its own menu item.
4. What happens after activation
The plugin is now installed but not yet visible to your customers. Administrators on your site will see the new checkout immediately — this lets you review and test before going live.
