Questions about pricing

What happens when my license expires?
The plugin keeps working. Swift Checkout is GPL licensed, which means you own the code permanently. After expiry, you lose access to new updates and support — but nothing breaks on your live store. We'd rather earn your renewal through good software than threaten your site into it.
Do staging and development sites count toward the limit?
No. Staging, local development, and test environments are excluded from activation limits on all plans. Only production sites with real traffic count.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. If you start with the 1-site plan and later need to cover more stores, you can upgrade and we'll prorate the difference. Contact support and we'll sort it.
Is there a monthly billing option?
Not at the moment. Swift Checkout is billed annually only. Annual billing keeps things simple and lets us keep the price low — no per-transaction overhead for monthly billing cycles.
Do you offer agency or reseller pricing?
The Unlimited Sites plan at €299/year is designed exactly for this. It covers every client site you manage for a flat annual fee — no per-site accounting, no per-client license juggling. If you're managing more than 5 sites, it's the most cost-effective option.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe. If you need to pay by invoice or bank transfer for larger orders, contact us before purchasing.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country. If you're a VAT-registered business in the EU, provide your VAT number at checkout to purchase with a reverse charge.
What does the 14-day guarantee cover?
If Swift Checkout doesn't work on your store for any technical reason we can't resolve within 14 days of your purchase, you get a full refund. We ask for a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue first — but if we can't, the refund is automatic and no-questions-asked.
I'm currently using CheckoutWC. How hard is it to switch?
About 10 minutes. Install Swift Checkout, enter your license key, and it takes over the WooCommerce checkout page immediately. Your WooCommerce orders, customers, and product data are untouched — Swift Checkout only replaces the checkout page template. Deactivate CheckoutWC after you've confirmed everything works.
