About us
Built by team who got tired of bad checkouts.
Swift Checkout exists because WooCommerce's default checkout loses sales — and every alternative we found came with telemetry, bloat, or a paywall behind the features that actually matter.
The story
We fixed our client's checkout. Then we made it a plugin.
Developing WooCommerce stores for us and our customers, we kept hitting the same wall: the default checkout was a conversion killer. One long page, too many fields, no visual progress — customers would bail right at the finish line.
We tried the popular alternatives. They worked, but came with strings attached: usage data sent to third-party analytics servers, Google Fonts loaded from external CDNs, admin dashboards cluttered with upsell notices. For stores serving European customers, that's not just annoying — it's a GDPR liability.
So we built our own. A clean, guided 3-step checkout from scratch on PHP 8.1, with no external calls, no telemetry, and no feature gating. It worked. Conversion rates went up. We shipped it as a plugin so others could use it too.
That plugin is SwiftCheckout.
Who we are
A small team. A focused product.
We're not a VC-backed company optimizing for growth metrics. We're developers who use WooCommerce and want better tools for it.
